Athletica came to us after previous campaigns were producing sales above $200 each, with tracking pixels missing entirely. The first priority was to rebuild the measurement and conversion foundation so the media budget could finally tell the truth.
We redesigned the website, created custom registration forms connected to ABC Fitness, fixed tracking pixels, produced photo and video shoots for Google and YouTube campaigns, refreshed website visuals, posted consistent social content, and supported the full paid ecosystem across Meta, Google, SEO, blogs, backlinks, and email.
The new system now averages $5-$10 leads and $35-$40 signups, with spend that can scale up or down based on the club's goals. For the Bonita premier location launch, that system helped open with around 600-700 members signed up on day one.
