Truemade already had a strong local product, but social media was not yet acting like a real client-generation system. The opportunity was to connect content, paid ads, offers, website strategy, and lifecycle marketing into one subscription growth loop.
We built a steady content cadence around meals, transformations, customer education, and viral short-form ideas, then paired that content engine with Meta ads, offer strategy, website and software consulting, and monthly email and text campaigns.
Over 1.5 years, weekly revenue grew from about $4K to more than $25K. Instagram grew from roughly 4K followers to more than 12K, and email/SMS now averages more than $10K per month in revenue as of May 8, 2026.
